What People Are Saying
"My June 2014 hunt with your group should be considered a once in a lifetime event, a dream come true. I cannot thank you and your entire team for the hospitality, friendship, professionalism - the comments could go on and on. Your team took care of every detail. This is too awesome of a trip not to share with my family. I will be bringing my daughter out next June to allow her this incredible experience. Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you soon."~ Mike Jarvis '14 from
"I can't say that my time in Africa was the trip of my lifetime, because I'll be back. It was more than I expected and truly a dream come true. Carl, you and your entire staff were beyond energetic, like I have never seen before. your enthusiasm was surpassed by none. Thanks again!"~ Dave Kjelstrup '12 from USA
"I had a great experience and spent time with a professional, knowledgeable, and capable guide. I did not think a second safari was on the cards, but after being here with Juan MacDonald and the John X staff I will be back again.
"Rusty, my PH, was excellent and loves to hunt. He worked very hard to fill my needs. He communicates well and has an excellent personality. Lauren and her staff were 'over the top' accommodating to guest needs. Food and presentation was great as was the field lunches. Both lodges were beautiful. It was good to experience both locations. All the PH's got along well and were well coordinated. I must also comment that the communication from Trish and Carl was immediately responsive at all times.
Thanks again John X Safaris. God Bless"
"Some experiences impact you for the rest of your life. This father and son safari was definitely one of them. The bonding we had is irreplaceable. We each had our sights set on various species and the trophies we’re taking home have surpassed our wildest dreams. "Crums Man" you will not find a better PH/Tracker combo than Greg and Bless - They made everyday a new adventure with new friends. Thanks to everyone at John X Safaris for making this dream come true."~ D. & J. Tomcheck '14 from
