You’ve now learnt about your Gunwerks shooting system, you’ve put the theory to the test on the range and in the field, it’s time for you to start your hunt with John X Safaris. At this point depending on your request prior to the safari you will pair up with a buddy and a Professional hunter, hunting 2×1 or 1×1.
You will hunt from John X Safaris Coastal area for another day or two, depending on your species of preference. For those hunters choosing a number of species from our Northern areas they will travel and stay in one of our 3 northern areas ( 3-4 hours from base camp on the coast) for a minimum of two nights, depending on what you’re hunting and how the hunt is going. Time frames and trophy “wish lists” are mere guidelines for John X Safaris to plan your hunt on, neither are set in stone.
DAY 9-10
Having enjoyed John X Safaris Northern Areas, you will start heading back to John X Safaris base camp on the coast for the remainder of your safari. Hunters can enjoy their last few days of their safari either hunting any remaining species on their wishlist, spending a day game driving, or taking part in the many tourist activities in the surrounding area, namely, Elephant back safaris, deep-sea fishing, golfing, curio shopping etc.
On the last day of the safari or the morning of the day of departure, depending on how the hunt is going (hunters can hunt until dark on day 10), the final bill, permits and documentation will be completed and settled.
