On recommendation from our old friend Craig Dye, Robert and John Lloyd joined PH Ed Wilson, Tracker Robsie and hunting hound Django for their first taste of Africa.

This father and son duo embarked on a hunt laced with adventure for Plains Game and Cape Buffalo.

Roberts Kudu proved to be one of the most intriguing follow-ups in years with nightfall and a scary cliff making for an interesting recovery. As for John, there would be many wonderful moments, but his brute of a Cape Buffalo would take some beating in years to come.
