3 Friends | A Bunch of Rifles | Lifelong Memories

A TALE OF TWO RIFLES
Grab two of your favourite rifles and join Hunter, Brian Dahl, and PH, Ed Wilson, for an action packed hunt to the East Cape, South Africa. From Cape Buffalo to Plains Game with a particularly interesting Warthog recovery it proved to be an adventurous hunt with plenty of action along the way.
For Cape Buffalo Brian chose to carry his Mauser M98 Magnum Diplomat, chambered in 416 Rigby shooting two different types of ammo. First shot was the hand loaded Cutting Edge Bullets with brass turned 370 Grain Raptor’s, followed by Barnes 400 Grain TSX factory loads. For Plains Game Brian carried his 7 PRC made by Straight Shot Gunsmithing shooting factory Federal Premium, 175 Grain ELD-X Bullets.
HERMAN’S WANDERINGS TO AFRICA
Kyle Herman joined PH, Martin Neuper, and tracker Elliot for a thrilling 10 days of hunting in South Africa. The team started off their safari at Woodlands in the south before venturing into the breath-taking valleys of our Northern Tribal region.
In combination the two regions afforded Kyle opportunities on Hartebeest, Wildebeest, Gemsbuck, Impala and a few more. His Warthog in particular, a BOSS HOG, made for a fitting end to an exhilarating safari.
With rifle in hand, Kyle indulged in the wonders of the East Cape while sharing fond memories with his lifelong friends, the Dahl brothers.
BANG FLOP
Join us as we tag along with Mike Dahl and PH, Greg Hayes, on their quest through the East Cape.
Ten exciting days and eight incredible animals. From Mike’s Mountain Reedbuck with “posts” that are out of this world, epitomising our theory of age-based hunting, to the excitement of his Cape Bushbuck spotted over a lunch break by trusty Tracker Bless.
Those are just two of the eight hunted with plenty more to come…
