Finally Getting to Africa…

The East Cape Experience

The East Cape Experience

When we first met Jason and Sarah Borchers at a small gathering of like-minded hunters in Nebraska back in 2016 none of us had any idea of where our journey would lead us. At the time Jason was planning on bringing along Sarah as an observer that very next year to share his first taste of African hunting. Things didn’t pan out the way we had hoped and over time our plans changed on a few occasions until Jason’s Dad, Tom, finally was set to join him on his long-awaited adventure.

Joining Professional Hunter, Greg Hayes, tracker, Bless, and hunting dogs, Jock and Jackson, this father and son duo took on the East Cape with a level of excitement like few. Hunting from both our southern and northern regions the guys pushed hard for the traditional regulars, but also took on several specialized species on their first hunt. Their daily experiences combined with a level of class in trophy quality made for one memorable safari. This was their adventure….
