Having pursued a variety of plains game on past adventures with John X Safaris he caught the bug for the Tiny 10. They’re unique in every respect and quite extraordinary in variety. Dare to take their pursuit lightly and you’ll come off second best. Don’t judge them by the weight of the bag, but by the weight of the effort and the sweat on your brow.
Teaming up with PH, Ross “Stix” Hoole, the journey for our hunters starts in the south along the breathtaking coastal region in search of the elusive Blue Duiker. From there, the team scales the mountains of the north for Mountain Reedbuck and a superb Warthog making the most of what Africa has to give. Who said pigs don’t like the mountains?!
Rounding off their safari the quest comes to a close back on the coast with a rematch encounter with the sneaky Blue Duiker from earlier. Find out what Derrick’s favourite hunt turns out to be… it may surprise you as much as it did us. So much action from the traditional species such as Blue Wildebeest to the ever-elusive Blue Duiker. That’s the East Cape Experience at its best…
