A Peruvian’s Wanderings in Africa

From time to time one has the privilege of bumping into someone extraordinary in the hunting world. A person who leaves an impression on one that is often hard to describe. It may be the manner in which they conduct themselves or how you met them for the very first time. They give of themselves more than what they expect in return, but above all they allow one to think deeper and dream bigger.

Luis Duharte was one such individual and from the moment he set foot on the Dark Continent so much had changed in the world we once knew. Everything that once was normal was in turmoil. Where many quit wondering he kept going. He persevered through changes and delays, one disappointment over-riding the last, yet through adversity he came out on top and made it out on the grandest adventure of his life.

He joined Professional Hunter, Ed Wilson, Tracker, Ropsie, and hound in training, Django, for his first taste of Africa. Cameraman Pierre “Ozzy” Prins captured every moment along the way… It was an adventure ~ Enjoy…

The system proved to be hassle free and with a simple negative PCR Covid-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to departure from the US/SA we are confident that you too will experience the same scenario on your safari to Africa during 2021.
