Hunters from around the world have answered our call and once again came to the forefront as the leaders in conservation. We launched Project 25 on 14 June 2021 and sold out in mere days. The response of the generous donors astounded us to no end and in no particular order we’d like to thank the following individuals/families.
Sam & Tracey Cunningham
John & Lynn Nowlin
Tim & Lori Rainwater
Cody Looka & Amy Gardner
Cory & Cami Rasmussen
Larry & Claudia Fullmer
Steve & Haylee Travis
Todd & Kelly Mulholland
Brandon Baily & Family
Jim & Chris Smith
Each and every one of your contributions will not merely provide sustainable water, but continued growth of our wildlife as we continue to build on an already sustainable module. We thank you for your ongoing support of our conservation initiatives. Thank you.
Between now and the end of the season the work will continue as the waterholes progress and we aim to have Project 25 completed by the time our summer rains arrive in order to catch as much runoff from those storms as possible. Furthermore, we have found our costs to come in below the projected budget for the building of the waterholes which has seen us limit the number of tags in the draw to 20 instead of the original planned 25, giving each one of our donors 20% better odds of winning the hunt.
The drawing for the winner of the Cape Buffalo hunt will take place during the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, with the winner of the Cape Buffalo Hunt announced on Thanks Giving Friday, 26 November 2021.
Best of luck to each and every one of you!
We thank and salute your continued support of our ongoing conservation efforts.
Yours in conservation,
Carl van Zyl ~ John X Safaris
