Into the Hills for 10

Grab your gear and lace up your hiking boots as we embark on a Tiny 10 hunt like few.

The tiny’s are traditionally some of our most challenging as they not only pose a challenge to the hunter, but so too the PH who must not only know where to begin the search, but also judge the age of a mature male. The terrain, habitat and weather plays a major role in the strategy, but when areas are large and quotas are conservative then one can experience something quite extraordinary.

Joe Lemberg of Trophy House Taxidermy embarked on this quest to study these unique critters up closely for taxidermy purposes and walked away with 4 of the Tiny 10. A wonderful achievement considering the quality he and PH Ed Wilson were able to achieve under seriously challenging summer conditions.
